You retain ownership of content you upload, such as CVs and application materials. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, violate applicable laws, or interfere with platform integrity.

7. Fees & subscriptions

Paid features are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is”. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by you before use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
